Instructions to Fill Out Your Custom Itinerary Request

When filling out your request, please include any details that will help us design the perfect trip for you. You can share as much or as little as you’d like, but the more we know, the better we can customize your itinerary. Consider including: Your travel dates (or flexible timeframe) Destination(s) you’d like to visit Number of travelers and who’s coming (solo, couple, family, group, etc.) Interests (food, adventure, relaxation, culture, nightlife, etc.) Any “must-do” activities or experiences Preferences for accommodations (budget, mid-range, luxury) Any special requests or important details (celebrations, dietary needs, mobility considerations, etc.)

Terms and Conditions

By completing and submitting this travel survey form, you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Your Traveling Engineers (“the Planner”). 1. Consultation & Pricing Submission of this survey does not constitute a finalized agreement for travel services, and no payment is required to submit form. Final pricing will be provided only after a consultation via phone, email, or text, and following the execution of a formal contract outlining a detailed breakdown of services to be rendered. A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of agreement to secure planning services. 2. Timeline & Notice Requirements A minimum of 2 months' notice prior to the travel start date is required to provide a complete, high-quality itinerary. A minimum of 3 weeks is required to develop and deliver an itinerary once the agreement has been signed and the deposit received. The Planner will contact the Client within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after survey submission to schedule the consultation. The consultation must occur at least 2 months before the vacation start date. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a rush fee or the rejection of itinerary planning services. 3. Client Responsibilities & Communication If the Client fails to respond within 3 business days after the Planner reaches out to schedule the consultation, the Planner reserves the right to decline the service request. It is the sole discretion of the Planner to accept late or rush itinerary requests, which may incur additional charges disclosed at the time of acceptance. 4. Payment Terms No final itinerary will be delivered until payment is received in full. The deposit is non-refundable and secures the Planner’s time and services in advance. All payments must be made according to the terms specified in the contract provided after the consultation. 5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability By submitting this form, the Client agrees to assume all risks associated with travel. The Planner acts solely as a coordinator of travel-related services and is not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, cancellation, or inconvenience arising from travel, third-party service providers, force majeure events (e.g., weather, government actions), or Client actions. The Planner does not guarantee availability or pricing until bookings are confirmed and paid. The Client is responsible for reviewing and complying with all travel-related documentation, such as passports, visas, entry requirements, and COVID-19 policies. 6. Acceptance of Terms By submitting this survey, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Submission constitutes a binding agreement to adhere to all the requirements and conditions stated herein.
